The Purushottam Public Trust is an organisation based in Vadodara, India, dedicated to promoting contemporary artists—particularly in the field of printmaking—through initiatives such as publishing, scholarships and exhibitions. Upon its establishment, the Trust required an online presence to document and showcase its activities, programmes and offerings. Deeply rooted in the fine art community, the client sought a website that would resonate with both practising artists and the wider public.

Black and white lithographs by artist P. D. Dhumal, under whose aegis the Trust was founded, formed the visual foundation of the site. These were contrasted with bright orange accents to create a bold yet minimal design language. The layout was crafted to let the artwork take centre stage, with each page opening on a full-screen visual, followed by clean, well-structured content. Upcoming events were highlighted through pop-up windows and a horizontal news ticker, ensuring the site remained dynamic, informative and visually aligned with the client’s artistic ethos.
